Stacy received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's degree in Medical Illustration from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Between degree programs, she studied and taught at the Florence Academy of Art in Italy.
Stacy’s artistic and scientific background allows her to create illustrations and animations that make medical information about gastric-acid related diseases more accessible and understandable to patients. Her work also enables doctors to learn about the latest drugs and procedures for treating GERD and EER.
