Administrative Assistant

Amy Schomaker is an alumnus of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Before joining MARCI-kids, Amy has had a wide variety of work experiences. Most recently she was an administrative assistant with a local management consulting firm. She has also taught art and presentation skills to middle-school children, worked with early childhood special needs students, and acted as director of merchandising at a local retail store.

In her spare time Amy creates artwork in various media and has membership with the Columbia Weavers & Spinners Guild and with the Columbia Art League. She participates in the Community Exhibit Program which allows her to show her works at various local businesses. When she can rally enough players, she loves to play croquet on a course with various landscape challenges!
